our story
Most people know what it’s like to reach out to a contractor and be ignored or handed a ridiculous quote meant to make them disappear. I’m sick of seeing that happen, so I do things differently.
I didn’t start Hollertech with a business plan. It started with the idea that people shouldn’t have to fight just to get help. It took me some time to realize that this isn’t really about any of the services I offer as much as it is about people showing up with projects that mean something to them. Those people need someone who actually listens to them and works alongside of them.
I once read about the owner of Arizona Iced Tea refusing to raise prices because he saw customers as friends. That stuck with me. If someone trusts you enough to bring you their idea, that means something. You don’t waste that and you don’t price them out of the conversation.
I’m here for the dreamers, the fixers, the builders, the makers, and the doers. I’m here for the small jobs and the strangely shaped component that needs replaced.
If my children continue this business one day, then they need to understand this clearly: the most important part has never been the machines or the services. It’s seeing customers as collaborators.
Hollertech is for holler people.
